~ The Periwinkle Family ~
One day, Mrs. Periwinkle realizes that she is getting on in years and has never had any children and this saddens her greatly. Mr. Periwinkle has an idea. Why not travel around the world? So off they go traveling to exciting countries and at each country they find an animal to adopt. When they return home the animals are free to roam wherever they like except they are to stay away from the dangerous Periwinkle Mountain. The dog has other plans to take all of the other animals up the mountain. (A package for churches.)

Nanuk, the little polar bear and his Arctic friends enjoy a peaceful life together full of games and jokes until one day, an Inuit boy named Nukak comes near their homes to hunt. The animals must join together to save the life of one of their animal friends.
