~ Rumplestiltskin ~
Henry the miller just loves to tell stories to the people of the village. One day, Henry tells all of the villagers that his daughter, Lizzie is so talented that she can spin straw into gold. The king overheard Henry's boasting and demands that Henry bring his talented daughter to the kingdom so that she can perform her magic. When Lizzie is locked in the tower facing piles of straw and an impossible feat, she cries out
for help and receives it from a magical being with a hunger for a priceless reward. (Our only marionette show.)

~ Susan's Friend ~
Susan would like to play a musical instrument like her friends Norma and Mary Beth but her mother tells her that they can not afford the cost of an instrument. Susan feels alone and left out until a new boy comes to school. Isaac and Susan become best friends sharing their artistic talents in a special way. (A Great Program for African American Month.)
